A new program for Premier McGuinty

I went to a Tim Horton's sponsored free public skating today and a funny thing happened; no one older than 6 was wearing a helmet. Clearly the residents of Cambridge can't be trusted to keep themselves safe and I suggest the Province of Ontario immediately enacted mandatory skating helmet laws. Just as your headlights should be on when your windshield wipers are on, a helmet should be on when you are wearing skates...

Just another program the Provincial Government can introduce instead of doing their real job.
