Looks like it lands on Quebec this time.

"Quebec has the good fortune of being among the rich nations," said PQ immigration and cultural communities critic Lucie Papineau.
"We certainly have the means to better support the countries shaken by this unprecedented crisis. How is it that the government of Ontario is able to announce $5 million in direct aid when we are doing so little?" she asked.
"That $100,000 is very little. I know Quebecers are very generous and would be willing to give more in their taxes."
Papineau said that if you consider only Quebec's adult population in the calculation, the $100,000 amounts to about 2 cents a head.
Round and round it goes...now if we just get a fraction of all this support for the displaced in Darfur...
