Looks like the provinces have walked away and the Liberals have struck out again on their National Daycare scheme. Gee I wonder why. After all they generously agreed to pay for a whopping 10% of the actual cost while still insisting that they, not the provinces, would decide how it would run. Sounds like it's just a tarted-up version of the relationship the feds and provinces have on healthcare. If that's the case then this thing is deader than Elvis.
And that is music to my ears!
