Courtesy of David Frum comes this open letter from former Foreign Affairs Minister Lloyd Axworthy to Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice. I am far too grumpy today to write anything on it that I won't regret later (in fact I already deleted my original post...don't blog drunk...or angry) but I suggest you read it. Unbelievable!
