SES Research has released a poll today which outlines
which issues were of most concern to Liberal voters in the last Federal election. It will come as no surprise that the Number 1 concern was healthcare. The average Canadian voter listed healthcare as an issue to vote on 46.9% of the time whereas the Liberal voter listed it 54.5% of the time. This is a 7.6% lead on a fundamental issue. Nice brand if you can get it.
If you want worse news for the Conservatives high taxes was sited 4.7% of the time by the average Canadian. When there is a 42% gap between the issue you own and the issue the Liberals campaign on you know you have a marketing issue.
