Some rhetoric cannot go unchallenged

According to the Guardian Unlimited British Conservative Leader Michael Howard is pushing to move the legal limit for abortions from 24 weeks to 20 weeks. Considering that Canada has no limit I found this interesting. Not as interesting as this though.

"'What is the benefit to women, or the potential child, of forcing a woman to have a baby? What is the benefit to society - and what sort of life is that child going to have?"

This is the quote provided from Anne Weyman, chief executive of the Family Planning Association. What sort of life! How about a life. Why are people like this not described as extremists in the media. Somehow the life of an adopted child is so bad that they are literally better of dead. INSANITY.
