It is getting increasingly hard to keep up with the polls but the latest from SES Research shows that Liberals are actually increasing their lead.
Liberals: 36.1%
Conservatives: 29.5%
NDP: 17.2%
Bloc Quebecois: 12.2%
Green Party: 4.3%
Not feeling quite bad enought about these results, let's look at "seat-rich" Ontario.
Liberals: 43.7%
Conservatives: 31.1%
NDP: 22.6%
These numbers are high enough to have yet another Liberal minority. If that is that case then I suggest we just stop worrying about government corruption and create a blank-cheque program whereby the Liberals can take as much as they like from the Treasury as long as they declare whether it is 1 or 2 Billion at the beginning. Since "everybody does it" and we apparently are scantioning it, it might as well be out in the open.
I will take by envelope in thousand dollar bills only please.
