Such is the latest information from Ipsos Reid.
Half Of Canadians (50%) Believe That The Vote On Tuesday Night Was Indeed A Loss Of Confidence, But Most (62%) Willing To Wait Until Budget Vote On May 19th
Here are the national polling numbers.
Conservatives: 31%
Liberals: 27%
NDP: 19%
Bloq: 13% (56% in Quebec )
Green: 6%
Once NealeNews posts the full report I will analyze the numbers further. The Ottawa Citizen expands on the numbers.
The Conservatives have taken the lead in Ontario and have practically pulled into a tie in Atlantic Canada. The sample size is probably small in Atlantic Canada but if the numbers are accurate then the Liberals are indeed in trouble. In looking at these numbers it is not unreasonable to say that the Liberals may not win (i.e. carry the highest percentage) any region of Canada. But....a campaign is a long period of time, so who knows.
Update: I have input the numbers into my spreadsheet and the numbers are not good for the Liberals.
