Naming names?

I guess the rules of a Liberal Inquiry are now clear. Don't name names of those responsible but clear the names of people who were in a position to stop the wrong-doings. This is what former PM Chretiens lawyers want anyway.

Lawyers for Jean Chretien are urging the head of the Gomery inquiry to preserve the former prime minister's reputation by declaring him blameless in the sponsorship scandal.

...He says Chretien is relying on the integrity of the commissioner and the ex-prime minister will see how it turns out.

Oh and if he doesn't like it, former PM Chretien will sue Justice Gomery. Beautiful.
