Small victories

It is strange to be pleased when the Conservatives are behind in the polls but I sensed the last few where exaggerating the gap and Ipsos-Reid confirmed that this morning. (via NealeNews)

Liberals: 34%
Conservatives: 29%
NDP: 16%
Green: 6%

Can't be good to be a supporter of the NDP this morning. Almost out of nothing Jack Layton was able to give the NDP a "central role in government". This has done exactly sweet-zip to improve the NDPs election prospects. But it is easy to ignore these results by looking at the Ontario breakdown.

Liberals: 44%
Conservatives: 31%
NDP: 16%

Does anyone actually believe the NDP is at 16% in Ontario?
