Out like a lion, in like a?

I am sure this will come as no surprise to anyone. In a Minority Parliament where every vote counts the Liberals need Independent MP Carolyn Parrish. As CTV points out they need her more in the next election.

...Some party brass fear that Parrish could win her seat again as an Independent, or take away enough votes from the Liberal candidate to allow a Conservative to win.

Believe what you want from the current crop of polls but the next election will be close.

Now that the 7 second delay has been lifted on Don Cherry do you think the Liberals will shift it to MP Parrish?

Update: Paul Wells digs out some gems from the memory hole.

...Paul Martin's ascension to the leadership of the Liberal party was marked with intrigue, intimidation and the de-facto ousting of almost all who disagreed with his positions... In fact Paul Martin led a shadow government within Chrétien's term of office... Surrounded by sycophants and backed by a largely neutered caucus, Mr. Martin's crew is now free — subject only to the minority government status — to run this government with virtually no dissent...

Yeah, she will fit right back in.

Update II: This T-shirt is available for purchase on MP Carolyn Parrish's website. Do you think she will wear it to the first caucus meeting? (hat-tip SmallDeadAnimals comment section)
