Environics has a poll which has the Conservatives (only) trailing the Liberals by 3 points. It was nice if it were true but I this point I fear it is an outlier. (hat-tip NealeNews)
Liberals: 34%
Conservatives: 31%
NdP: 20%
BQ: 11%
Even if it were true to Conservatives have some major issue with inefficient support (although it is a small sample size so high levels of error)
Alberta: 36 point lead
Saskatchewan: 32 point lead
Manitoba: 13 point lead
At least things have tightened up. I suspected that some of the Liberal support was a bounce from the Provincial Liberals but as we move further away from the BC Election there is more distinction between the Federal and Provincial Liberals.
