MP Grewal cleared

The RCMP says there is insufficient evidence to proceed with a criminal probe into the Gurmant Grewal affair.
The Mounties reviewed complaints surrounding audio recordings the Conservative M-P made of conversations with Liberal MP's last spring.
Conservative leader Stephen Harper's office released a statement saying "We're pleased that the RCMP has cleared Mr. Grewal. We were confident all along of his integrity and the RCMP has confirmed our judgment."
Grewal made headlines again in June when he was seen a Vancouver airport trying to get someone to take an envelope full of audio tapes to Ottawa.

Can the RCMP now focus on what appears to be criminal activity on the part of Minister Dosanjh and Tim Murphy?

Update: Upon looking into this further it looks like the whole thing is over...on both sides.
