There is another (under reported) poll from Environics, with the following results:
Liberals: 38%
Conservatives: 27%
New Democrats: 20%
Bloc Quebecois: 10%
They also report the Bloc Quebecois at 47% in Quebec. So right off the bat their poll makes no sense. They also report that during Election 2004 the Bloc Quebecois was at 12% with 48.9% in Quebec. Somehow a decrease of 2% in Quebec represents a 2% loss nationally. Huh? They must be assuming a massive drop in voter turnout in Quebec - if you do not assume this then they would still be at 12%.
I can ignore this since their other regional numbers seem to add up. In short, this Environics poll is showing a 10-point decrease in Conservative support in Alberta and 11% in British Columbia with a couple points in each of Manitoba and Sasketchewan. So with that being said here is a seat projection based on these numbers.
Liberals: 143
Conservatives: 78
Bloc Quebecois: 59
New Democrats: 28
