Exactly!

Darrell Bricker of Ipsos-Reid nails it in his discussion of his latest polling information.

Liberals: 34%
Conservatives: 28%
New Democrats: 19%
Bloc Quebecois: 14%

..."Even though the Liberals are up, they're in trouble. They're actually down three points since the last election when they just squeaked in."

..."The Tories are down a little bit [since the last poll], but they're still in the game. Harper is a more acceptable alternative to the Liberal voters than Martin is for Conservative voters. That's a problem for Martin."

..."The Liberal support is soft," Mr. Bricker said. "The election is too close to call. The campaign will count. Both of the major parties are playing within a very narrow range of support. And if you take a look at where the volatility has been, it's in the one place that matters - Ontario.
