$5 Billion over 5 years and raise you $10 Billion over 10 years.
Why doesn't he just go to $20 Billion over 20 years or $50 Billion over 50 years. What a ridiculous way to run a government. Besides, does anyone believe that Paul Martin will be Prime Minister in 2015?
