Getting closer

Not the "horse race" but the polling numbers to my prediction. I called the election 33-32 for the Liberals but the Conservatives winning a slim minority. The latest Decima poll is pretty close to that. (h/t Andrew Coyne)

Liberals: 32%
Conservatives: 30%
New Democrats: 18%
Bloc Quebecois: 14%

I can cut myself some slack because of the Ontario component of the poll.

Liberals: 40%
Conservatives: 36%

This tightening is required to make my prediction a reality (well that and the little matter of a new government).

And I should mention that with this poll we saw the Conservatives take the lead for the first in the UBC Election Seat Projection. Which poll is a leader and which is a follower...I'm just asking.
