PM Harper's Kandahar speech

The Conservative Party has emailed an mp3 of Prime Minister Harper's speech in Kandahar today. I have posted it to STIMedia and you can hear it here. (Update, see below)

This was an important speech and I am glad that the Prime Minister is explaining why it is we are in Afghanistan. By now it should be clear why it is we are there but apparently not very many people were listening when it was explained by Prime Minister's Chretien and Martin or by General Hillier.

Update: On second look you can hear it on the Conservative site here. Why use my bandwidth when you can use theirs?
