So the "New" Jays performed well last night giving the home team a win in front a sold-out crowd. If you listen closely you can hear a buzz developing for this team. So naturally there is no television coverage of the game tonight in favour of the Raptors. Further, the Blue Jays are pushed to AM 610 in their home market in favour of the completely out it Raptors.
Not the best programming descisions by our friends at Rogers Communications.

You’d think Rogers could have put it on. It’s not like they don’t have any outlets. Even on OMNI or something. Sure, Sportsnet has some contract with the NBA and the Raptors, but c’mon! Where are my Jays?!?! Thats fine I’ll watch Deal or No Deal anyways. I can’t believe how hooked I’ve become to this show.

It was a great decision. The Jays were whacked, and as I have stated before, pitching is a problem.
Besides Halladay and (maybe) Burnett, you can’t rely on any of the others for consistency.
Besides, I think this is the only Jays game that is not being broadcast on either RSN or TSn this month. You could always buy it on mlb.tv.

I too was pissed, but it sounds like it was for the best.

I only found out after the game ended, but all non-televised Blue Jays games are available to any Rogers Digital Cable Subscriber on channel 401 for free.
