I am listening to an old mixed CD I made and I think to myself, is there a better song than Let Forever Be by the Chemical Brothers? There may be many songs as good as but I mean better!

The short answer is yes.
There’s a heck of a lot of fantastic French music out there.

Greg, is that the one with Noel Gallagher (sp?) doing the vocals?
‘Cos if so, I agree it’s a fine one. Not “greatest of all time” or anything, but pretty damn good.

I should clarify. I am always on the lookout for the perfect pop song. When a song has something unique to it and you know the song could not be done any better than what you are hearing. In my mind there a lots of these songs. And yes that is Noel Gallagher on vocals but what makes it is the bass line.

Agreed re: the bass line being excellent, but the percussion was pretty damned fine, too. And yes, Rob, that was a great video.
Man, when did that come out - 7-8 years ago? I don’t know how in the hell that can make me feel old, but there you are.
