I could never give a retrospective that could compare with those of professional writers but let me just say that I engage in a lot less petty criticism of the United States than I used to. To me 9/11 was a time to pick sides and I chose mine.

Wow, a really short post that says exactly how I feel. A friendly dig at them every now and then like a competing sport team is ok.

I also choose my side, and let me tell you, it shouldn’t be a difficult side for Canada to choose. Close neighbor, economic engine, historical ally OR terrorists, corrupt regimes, extremist sentinment, unstable states.
