I think this may answer the question as the whether the Conservatives think that the Green Party is still the second choice for CPC supporters. Very interesting. First taking Jack Layton up on his offer and now reaching out to the Greens. Maybe this Clean Air Act will get somewhere after all. h/t National Newswatch
