Hilarious. As a Leaf fan living in Ottawa, I’m sure the Yashin haters would find the Leaf exit bittersweet.
And, here, all most of us want is to see as many Canadian teams as possible in the playoffs, including the Habs.
If your forecast proves true, Greg, I’ll think of you in a toast to irony.

Pretty much. Frankly, we out west are getting a little tired of seeing their precious Leafs every time HNIC is on.
Let’s hope you guys in Ontario get a good dose of Vancouver hockey from here to mid-June.

New Jersey should be able to beat the Islanders unless they sit guys. Hopefully the Canadians make it and the Leafs miss the playoffs again. I’m hoping one of these years we’ll see Bob Cole and Harry Neale break down and weep openly on tv when the Leafs are eliminated.
