Alan:

Ah, but he has one, my friend. And you are paying for it.

Dr. Strangelove:

Our national parliament debating the captaincy of a team in a third-rate tournament.

Violating my right right to choose…a lightbulb.

Flick off.

A formal investigation of two Toronto counsellors for not going on a spending spree with their office budgets.

Does all this bullshit converge at tax time just to add insult to injury?

Sean:

It seems like Canada’s New Government is siding with Denis Coderre on this one, compelling Hockey Canada to defend this decision to the Official Languages Committee.

I can tolerate Liberal-lite budgets and Liberal-lite (well, given their actual record, Liberal-heavy) environmental plans, but only because the Conservatives promised to change the tone in Ottawa and put a stop to this ridiculousness. But if they can’t even do that, who really needs them?

Mike:

So when people ask me why I decided to become a libertarian and market anarchist, I’ll just send them to this link, m’kay?

I don’t know what’s worse, that Coderre and the Bloc are making hay out of this stupidity or that the other freaking parties are going along with it.

Strangelove, you are absolutely right.

Jeff:

That debate about Doan is such a waiste of time! Trash talk is part of hockey games. That’s it! Coderre is just an opportunist!

Mike:

jeff,

Let’s not all pile on Coderre - ALL the other parties supported it, including the CPC.

How’s that for stupid?
