And with the tease finished

here is the latest Ipsos-Reid poll.

Liberals: 32%
Conservatives: 31%
New Democrats: 17%
Greens: 9%
Bloc Quecebois: 9%? (32% in Quebec, which I am estimating to be 9%)

Now I don't buy this analysis,

...Canadians aren't buying the Conservative government's green plan and have turned to the Liberals as their preferred party if a vote were held today, according to the latest Ipsos Reid poll.

Canadians have not turned away from the Liberals, they are stuck around 32% where they've been for months, rather around 5% have left the CPC camp. As I mentioned yesterday a lot of those people are in BC and Alberta.
...In Alberta, the Tories were standing at 53 per cent support, followed by the Liberals at 25%, the Greens at 11% and the NDP at 9%. In B.C., the NDP surged 15 percentage points to take the lead with 30% support, followed by the Liberals at 29%, the Tories at 24%, and the Greens at 16%.
"While that province [B.C.] tends to be a bit volatile, it's by no mistake that this drop [in support for the Conservatives] comes in probably the most eco-conscious part of the country and right on the heels of the Tory plan," said Wright. "I think the public is really anxious about climate change and believes that this [plan] is pretty sub-standard stuff."

But a 25% drop does not look as bad when we consider that is compared to a 77% standard which wasn't accurate to begin with.

Greg:

Ya, voters “turned” to the Liberals only in that they have not moved while the Tories have fallen. Greg, I hope you are going to comment on the article from today’s Globe about the possible reformation of Reform.

Anyone who still talks about these polls as if they mean anything, still believes in the tooth fairy.I still dont know anyone who has been asked for an opinion by one of these pollsters.Has anyone ever been asked for their opinion by one of these polling companies or knows of anyone being asked.BE HONEST AN NO BS.
