The Edge is edgy

So I've now heard a real rebel. One of the guys on the Dean Blundell show (could be Blundell himself for all I know) from Alternative (scratch that) New Rock station The Edge in Toronto was ripping McGuinty the other day, telling the people of Toronto to vote for anybody but the Liberals and coming out in support of John Tory. Talk about running against type.

Bailey:

The guys on the morning show have been anti-McGuinty and anti-Liberals for years. Provincially and Federally. Sometimes I feel like I’m listening to AM radio when they go on their rants.

I always thought some of it was partially a shot against Humble & Fred (former Edge & Mix 99 morning show hosts) since they were very Liberal friendly, or at the very least McGuinty friendly.
