That is what this latest poll sounds like to me. (h/t National Newswatch)
Conservatives: 34%
Liberals: 32%
New Democrats: 17%
Greens: 8%
Bloc Quebecois: 33% in Quebec (~8% Nationally)
And by steady I don't mean for the parties but for people of Canada. Things seems to have settled into a narrow trading range, with the message to the politicos being all of you are going to find another election tough to make gains in so you might as well do some governing.

The same logic that is keeping the parties from pulling the plug, is the one that will be at play all of the time under MMP. Since there is no advantage to the parties to call an election,as the number of seats that will change hands is minimal, they will not call an election.
