What the heck are the other half of the respondents thinking?
...Nearly half of Canadians think the Harper government lacks a clear agenda, a new poll suggests.
The Canadian Press-Decima Research survey, conducted in the first week of August, found that 46 people cent of respondents said they were not sure where the Conservative government wants to go.
Considering that the latest talk is that the Conservatives will prorogue the House and relaunch later in the fall with a Throne Speech we can safely assume that even the Conservative Party of Canada thinks the "Harper government" lacks a clear agenda.
And nail meet head.
..."A certain number of people seem to like it, some of them passionately, a certain number of people seem to dislike the government, some of them passionately. But most people don't have strong passions one way or the other about this government.
"That's what these results really point to."
Count me in the "most people" category. But sometimes ambivalence is a good thing.

“But sometimes ambivalence is a good thing.”
And the Blogging Tories’ reputation for edgy, insightful commentary is further enhanced :-)
Any thoughts about any very high profile freedom of speech issues to rock the blogsphere, Greg, or is standing up for freedom of speech only for “knuckle dragging rednecks”?

I’m sorry, but is Greg being paid to blog, here? Or does membership in the Blogging Tories require you to post on particular subjects? Last time I chatted with Stephen Taylor, that didn’t seem to be the case.
