...Liberal leader Stephane Dion said Monday "there is no way" his party will prop up the 20-month-old minority Conservative government to avoid an election if Prime Minister Stephen Harper proceeds with bad environmental or other policies in a throne speech opening a new session of Parliament.

This is a gift from Dion. Dion is the best thing to happen to Tories since Harper.
I’m so tired of this constant blather by Dion pulling the plug if the Tories don’t do things the Liberal way on the environment; as if the Liberals did anything the last 13 years on this file while they were in power.
Go ahead Liberals. Pull the plug if you have the guts, which I’m betting you don’t. Now that Dion has stated this, he either follows through now, or risks looking weaker than he already is. And if he does, it will turn out very badly for him. Their party is in financial trouble, and their leader is behind Jack Layton in personal popularity.
